Adan never thought that he’d meet the perfect woman for him until Hannah. Not only was she absolutely beautiful, but she also spoke fluent Spanish! It was a home run right then. I heard their love story when we were freezing during their winter engagement session. Which, by the way, was amazing and SO worth the wait for snow. But on the wedding day, not a snowflake in sight. The sun was shining and the sky was nice and blue. Sure…it was a little warm, but who cares! It was beautiful and the weather cooperated nearly the entire day!! I say nearly because at the end of the evening, it started to storm and there was a huge downpour. Luckily, everyone was inside dancing the night away.
The day started off with the ladies finishing up with getting ready. Meanwhile, Adan and the boys were getting dressed at their perspective locations and Adan was to meet us at Riverview to have his first look at his bride!! It was perfect and so so so cute! I’ve gotten to know both of these two and Hannah loves big smiles (plus her smile is so pretty!) and then Adan…well…he likes the more serious face. Probably has something to do with his military background…possibly. But seriously – when he got to see Hannah for the first time, OMG he had the biggest biggest smile I’ve ever seen from him. In that moment, any person that witnessed would tell you that it was an absolutely amazing moment. We didn’t waste any time and started with photos of the families right away and some wedding party images before the ceremony.
Once ceremony time came and Hannah was making her way down the isle — more big smiles from Adan. They had a lovely ceremony followed by their cocktail hour. During this time, we took full advantage and did a handful more images with Adan’s family and a giant one for Hannah. Oh boy — with the insane amount of cousins from her side, they were so so smooth. Apparently, their family does routine get together’s and everyone takes a goat photo together. How cool is that?
Scott with Elite Music Service provided amazing MC and DJ services. Hannah and Adan had a game that folks had to play in order to get them to kiss. It was so sweet…they had to answer correct — a question about the Hannah, Adan, or the both of them together. If they answered yes, then the bride and groom kiss. If the answer is wrong, the whole table kisses. LOL. I know being in the industry, yes, I admit I’ve seen this a time or two, but seriously so so funny when the same table…who thinks they are SO right…gets it wrong and try again and gets it wrong again! lol…I couldn’t stop laughing at them. (sorry)
After dinner, there was so much fun dancing and so many little ones. They truly brightened up the place and with Hannah being a teacher, it was so fitting. I am so happy for both of these two lovebirds and can’t wait for them to start their journey together as husband and wife. So many thanks that I was fortunate enough to be chosen to document a wonderful couple and their families.
